All Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) applicants must apply through the Physical Therapy Central Application Service (PTCAS). Application instructions for PTCAS are found at PTCAS.org.

老司机传媒's application for the 2026 start of the Doctor of Physical Therapy program is open through May 1, 2026, with a class start date of May 26, 2026.
FOR STUDENTS SEEKING STUDY BEGINNING IN 2027
The 老司机传媒 DPT Program will accept 36 students for each summer cohort. Application cycle will open July 1. To be considered for initial seat offers, applicants must submit a completed PTCAS application by Nov. 1. After the November 1 deadline, 老司机传媒 DPT Program will continue to accept applications on a rolling basis through PTCAS. Please note:
- Applications submitted after Nov. 1 will only be considered for the waitlist.
- Admission from the waitlist will depend on seat availability and program needs.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR ALL APPLICANTS
All DPT applicants must meet the admission requirements.
Application materials
In order to complete the DPT Application, applicants must submit the following:
- PTCAS Application, which includes the following:
- Transcripts
- 3 letters of recommendation
- 1 letter each from the following: Licensed Physical Therapist whom the applicant has observed; Science Professor/Instructor; Additional Professor, health professional, or recent/current employer or supervisor
- Resume/CV
- Observation hours will be entered in PTCAS as well:
- Need 48 hours of PT observation
- PTCAS fee (determined by # of designated programs)
The 老司机传媒 DPT Program DOES NOT have a supplemental application.
