ÀÏ˾»ú´«Ã½ Research Opportunities

On the ÀÏ˾»ú´«Ã½ campus, there are multiple ways students can participate through research, either independently or with a faculty member or peer. First, the Presidential Faculty & Student Research / Creative Activity Fellowship supports innovative faculty scholarship and creative activity while fostering meaningful collaboration between faculty and students. Through the fellowship, faculty members with demonstrated potential for outstanding research or creative work engage ÀÏ˾»ú´«Ã½ students as active participants in scholarly and creative projects across a wide range of disciplines. The fellowship program provides funding for faculty and student stipends, professional development, travel, and project-related expenses, reflecting ÀÏ˾»ú´«Ã½â€™s commitment to discovery, mentorship, and experiential learning.

Also, ÀÏ˾»ú´«Ã½â€™s Undergraduate Research Day, hosted by the Honors Program, celebrates the scholarly, creative, and research accomplishments of undergraduate students from across the university. The annual event provides students with the opportunity to present original research projects, creative activity, and academic inquiry through poster sessions and presentations while engaging with faculty, peers, and the broader campus community. Undergraduate Research Day reflects ÀÏ˾»ú´«Ã½â€™s commitment to academic excellence, mentorship, and experiential learning by encouraging students to explore questions, develop new ideas, and contribute to knowledge within their disciplines.
